Clara lets you export your transactions in two formats: the standard CSV and the Enriched CSV. The Enriched CSV is an AI-powered version of the export that automatically extracts and verifies data from the invoices and receipts attached to your transactions. Free plan users can still download the standard CSV at any time.
❓ What is the Enriched CSV?
It includes all fields from the standard CSV plus 21 additional AI-powered columns organized into four key categories:
Document verification: Shows whether the transaction has an attached electronic invoice (CFDI), a receipt, or another type of document, its status (verified / not verified), and who verified it (Clara Intelligence or a team member).
Supplier information: Issuer business name (Razón Social Emisor), Issuer tax ID (RFC Emisor), Invoice folio, and UUID (extracted directly from the invoice).
Transaction breakdown: Purchase date and time, currency, subtotal, tip percentage and amount, tax/IVA percentage and amount, and the total amount paid.
Itemized purchase list: A line-by-line breakdown of every item purchased, including concept, quantity, and unit price.
[!TIP] No more manual data entry: Everything Clara's AI can read from your attached documents is already in the file, ready to import into your accounting software or ERP system.
👥 Who can download it?
Access depends on your company's subscription plan:
Pro plan: You can download the Enriched CSV directly with one click. No additional setup is required.
Free plan: This feature is not included. When you click "Enriched CSV," a side panel will appear showing the benefits of the Pro plan and instructions on how to upgrade. Your standard CSV remains fully available.
SSO Users: Plan access is determined strictly by your company's subscription type.
📥 How to download the Enriched CSV (Pro Plan)
Go to the Transactions section in Clara.
Click the download button (↓) at the top of the transactions table.
Select Enriched CSV from the dropdown menu. The file will download immediately.
Note: You can apply date, card, or category filters before downloading—the file will only include transactions matching your criteria.
🚀 How to upgrade to Clara Pro
You can upgrade directly from the transactions table:
Click the download button (↓) and select Enriched CSV.
In the panel that appears on the right side of the screen, click Upgrade to Pro.
You will be redirected to the plan selection and configuration screen.
Complete the upgrade process. Once done, return to the Transactions section, and the Enriched CSV download option will be active immediately.

What fields does the Enriched CSV include that the standard CSV does not?
The standard CSV includes 29 fields covering transaction details, approval status, card information, SAT validation, and attached documents. The Enriched CSV adds 21 AI-powered columns with data extracted from those documents:
Do I need to do anything to activate the Enriched CSV after upgrading to Pro?
No. Once your plan upgrade is complete, the Enriched CSV is immediately available from the download menu. No extra configuration needed.
I used to have access to the Enriched CSV — why can't I download it anymore?
The Enriched CSV is now exclusively available to Clara Pro plan users. If you were previously downloading it on a Free plan, you will need to upgrade to continue using it. Your standard CSV export remains fully available on all plans.
I just upgraded but I'm still seeing the upgrade panel — what should I do?
Try refreshing the page. Your plan status should update automatically. If the panel still appears after refreshing, contact our Customer Happiness team.
Can I still download the standard CSV if I'm on the Pro plan?
Yes. Both CSV and Enriched CSV are always available from the download menu. Pro users can use either format at any time.
Can I apply filters before downloading?
Yes. The Enriched CSV respects any active filters on the transactions table — date range, card, category, and others — just like the standard CSV.
Can all users in my company download the Enriched CSV?
Yes. All users on a Pro plan account — Admins, Managers, Employees, and Accountants — can download it from the transactions table.
What happens if my company downgrades from Pro to Free?
You will lose access to the Enriched CSV. The standard CSV remains available as before.
What if a transaction has no attached documents? Will those AI fields be empty?
Yes. If no invoice or receipt is attached to a transaction, the AI-powered columns will appear empty for that row. The AI can only extract data from documents that have been uploaded to the transaction.
