How does it work?
Our intelligent system analyzes your transactions and automatically links them to their corresponding invoices through an identical comparison of three key factors:
Merchant’s RFC (Tax ID).
Exact Amount (purchase value).
Transaction Date.
Requirement: To enjoy this feature, your Clara platform must be successfully linked to the SAT. If you are already connected, congratulations! The feature is already enabled for you.

| How do I identify an automatic invoice? | When filtering your transactions, you will see the "Auto-linked" option. Inside the transaction details, a distinctive tag will appear. |
| Can I delete or change the invoice? | Yes. You are free to unlink the automatic invoice and upload or select a manual one if you prefer. |
| Is the invoice lost if I unlink it? | Not at all! The invoice will return to the "Suggested Invoice" section, appearing as the "Best option" for that transaction. |
| Can I attach more than one invoice? | Sure, you can complement the automatic linking by adding more files if the transaction requires it. |
