Change the role of the users

Is it possible to change one role to another? For example, if someone is an Employee, can I promote them to Administrator?


Yes, it is possible. You can make this change in the web platform. Please follow these steps to do so:

  1. Log in to the web platform.
  2. Go to the Team section.
  3. Click on the person you want to edit.
  4. Under Options, click on "Edit role."
  5. If the person's current role is Manager and they will become an employee, you need to select who will be the new Manager for this person, select the group and location.
  6. If you already have Clara Payments, you also have the option to select whether or not you want this person to have access to this section.
  7. If the person's current role is an employee and they will become a Manager, you need to select who will be their Administrator.
  8. Before saving the changes, review that all information is correct.
  9. Save the changes.
  10. Log out and log back in, you will see the changes made.

And that's it! By following these steps, you can change the role of anyone you want.
