Is it possible to change one role to another? For example, if someone is an Employee, can I promote them to Administrator?
Yes, it is possible. You can make this change in the web platform. Please follow these steps to do so:
- Log in to the web platform.
- Go to the Team section.
- Click on the person you want to edit.
- Under Options, click on "Edit role."
- If the person's current role is Manager and they will become an employee, you need to select who will be the new Manager for this person, select the group and location.
- If you already have Clara Payments, you also have the option to select whether or not you want this person to have access to this section.
- If the person's current role is an employee and they will become a Manager, you need to select who will be their Administrator.
- Before saving the changes, review that all information is correct.
- Save the changes.
- Log out and log back in, you will see the changes made.
And that's it! By following these steps, you can change the role of anyone you want.
