When you need to onboard a team quickly, the Bulk Invitation feature is your best ally. This option allows Admins to invite multiple collaborators and, optionally, issue cards with identical budget settings simultaneously.

Key Considerations

• Limit: Invite up to 50 users per form.

• Unified Settings: All users in the batch will share the same role, group, location, and card configuration (if selected).

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Team Menu: Go to "Team" (Equipo) > "Invite" > "Bulk Invitation".

2. Emails: Paste the list of corporate emails.

3. Role & Groups: Select the shared settings for the group.

4. Card Issuance (Optional): Define the card type, credit limit, and allowed categories for all users.

5. Send: Collaborators will receive an email to activate their accounts via Web or Mobile.

User Activation Requirements

• Methods: SSO (Google/Microsoft) or Email/Password.
