Step-by-Step Instructions
Team Menu: Go to the "Team" (Equipo) section in your Clara account.
Bulk Option: Click "Create User" and select "Upload CSV file".
Use the Template: Download our official template to ensure the format matches our system requirements.
Upload: Once your CSV is ready with emails, roles, and groups, upload it and click continue.
Completion: You will receive a confirmation email once all users are active.
Important for New Users
Invitation: Users will automatically receive an invite to set their password.
Security: Multi-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory during the first login to protect company data.
