How to pay your Clara account.

Paying your Clara card is simple and designed to save you time. You can choose between Auto-debit or STP bank transfer, depending on what works best for your company. ✨

Payment options

1. Auto-debit (automatic payment)

Set up auto-debit so your payment runs automatically every cycle.

Steps:

1. Log in to your Clara platform.

2. Go to Company and/or Dashboard.

3. Select Auto-debit.

4. Enter the CLABE of an active company bank account.

5. Confirm all details are correct.

6. Save your changes.

Connecting your bank account may take up to 48 business hours. Once the auto-debit is processed, the payment will reflect within 24 hours.

2. STP bank transfer

Make your payment directly from your online banking using your Clara CLABE.

Steps:

1. Log in to your Clara platform.

2. On your Dashboard, select Pay balance.

3. Choose Using Transfer.

4. Copy the CLABE shown on screen.

5. Paste that CLABE into your bank portal.

6. Select STP as the receiving bank and enter the exact amount to be paid.

7. If your bank requires legal information, use:

   • CF TECH, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM E.N.R.

   • CTE200430K17

Make sure to enter the exact amount requested in Clara to avoid delays or rejection. Processing time depends on your bank and may be immediate or take 24 to 48 hours.
