What do I do if my payment doesn't post?

We understand how important it is to see your updated balance as soon as possible. If you made a payment to your credit line and it has not yet appeared on your platform, don't worry; our team is ready to help you track it down.

Please note that depending on the issuing bank and the payment method, processing times may vary. If a reasonable amount of time has passed, please follow these steps.

Steps to Report an Unreflected Payment

To allow us to track your operation quickly, please send us the following information:

  1. Locate your receipt: We need the deposit or transfer receipt generated by your bank.

  2. Choose your contact channel: Write to us via our Live Chat on the platform or send an email to contacto@clara.com.

  3. Share the details: Attach the file and mention the exact date the transaction was made.

Information Required on Your Receipt

To expedite the resolution, please ensure that your receipt includes the following legible details:

Required DetailDescription
Tracking Key / ReferenceUnique operation number (SPEI).
Exact AmountThe total amount transferred in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
Origin and Destination AccountThe last 4 digits or the full CLABE.

Once this information is received, our reconciliation team will perform the tracking and notify you of the resolution as soon as possible.
