How to set up direct debit for your payments:
From the platform:
- Log in to your Clara platform.
- Go to the Dashboard and/or Company section, which you can find on the left side of your screen.
- Click on the "Pay Balance" button.
- Choose the option "Set up direct debit for payments," enter the interbank CLABE of an active company account, and save the changes.
From your Clara App:
- Log in to your Clara App.
- Go to the Profile section, which you can find in the bottom right corner of your screen.
- Click on the "Activate Direct Debit" button.
- Enter the interbank CLABE of an active company account.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions, and click on the "Continue" button.
The waiting time for us to set up direct debit for your account for the first time is 48 business hours after the account registration. Please consider this information to avoid delays in your payments.
When is direct debit processed?
The first attempt to collect payment is made four business days prior to your payment due date, and the second attempt is made one business day prior to your payment due date.
