Automatic Early Payments: Operate Without Interruptions ⚡

At Clara, we want your business to never stop. With our Early Payments feature, you can automate the payment of your credit line whenever you are about to reach your utilization limit. This ensures that your cards and payments always have available funds.

Prerequisite: To activate this feature, it is essential that your company has payment direct debit active on the platform.

How to activate this feature?

Follow these steps to configure your utilization level:

  1. Go to Company: In your Clara account, navigate to the "Company" section in the left side menu.

  2. Configure: Click on the "Configure direct debit" button and select the "Early payments" option.

  3. Choose your threshold: Select between 60%, 70%, or 80% of your credit line utilization.

  4. Save: Click "Save changes" and you're all set!

From now on, every time you reach the chosen percentage, we will automatically collect the amount spent up to that point. Your balance will be available again within 2 business days.

What happens to my cards' balance?By settling the accumulated expense, your cards' balance will be released 2 business days after the successful collection.

What if the payment fails?We will notify you immediately and make up to 2 additional attempts for collection.
