Step-by-Step Bulk Management
Movements: Go to the "Movements" (Movimientos) section on the Clara Web platform.
Selection: Click the checkbox next to the merchant names to select all the transactions you wish to process.
Action: Click "Approve" or "Reject" on the floating action bar.
Feedback: Review the summary and add a comment if necessary.
Complete: Confirm the action, and all selected transactions will update instantly.
Core Policies
Updates: The most recent action prevails. If a previously approved transaction is included in a bulk rejection, its status will change to Rejected.
Comments: Existing comments will be overwritten by the new bulk comment.
Scope: Bulk actions only affect the internal audit status and do not modify the original payment or billing flow.
