Operation confirmation using a one-time code.

At Clara, protecting your information is our top priority. For certain sensitive actions, we may ask you to confirm your identity using a one-time verification code. 🔐

What is this code and why do we use it?

It’s a temporary password sent to your registered email to validate actions that require additional security.
This helps us detect unusual activity and prevent unauthorized access.

When might the system request the code?

Apply rounded style.

  1. Creating or editing users

  2. Creating new cards

  3. Viewing card details of collaborators

  4. Increasing credit limits

  5. Editing your profile

How it works

  1. Clara will notify you when an action requires identity confirmation.

  2. You’ll receive a verification code at your registered email.

  3. The code is valid for a limited time.

  4. It is a one-time password (OTP)—you cannot reuse it.

Never share this code with anyone. Clara will never request it over calls, messages, or emails.
