If you tried to use your card and your PIN was locked, please don't worry. We know it can be frustrating, but unlocking it is a very simple process that you can solve in seconds without needing to contact us.

You will simply need to go to an RED network ATM to reactivate it. 🔓

For your security, your card's PIN is automatically blocked after several incorrect entries. Always make sure to enter the correct code, which you can view in your Clara app.

Steps to Reactivate Your PIN

  1. Locate an ATM: Go to any ATM that belongs to the RED network (most banks in Mexico).

  2. Insert your Clara card.

  3. Enter the correct PIN: Input the code shown in your Clara mobile application.

  4. That's it! Your PIN will be instantly reactivated, and you can resume using your card without any issues or limitations.

Where to find your PIN in the app?

To ensure you are using the correct PIN, you can easily find it in the application:

  1. Open your Clara app.

  2. Go to the Card section.

  3. Select View PIN.
