Open the Clara app 📲
Go to the Cards section
Select your physical card
Tap Activate card
Confirm using your security code or biometrics
Having trouble activating?
Make sure that:
You’re using the latest version of the app
You have a stable internet connection
The card belongs to you and hasn’t been blocked
If you still can’t activate it, contact our support team.
