Documents required to open your Clara account.

To activate your Clara account smoothly, make sure you have the following essential company documents ready. This checklist helps you review them in just a few minutes. ✨

 

Required documents

1. Legal representative’s ID

  • INE or valid passport.

  • Accepted format: JPG.

2. Articles of incorporation

  • Must include the Public Registry of Property and Commerce (RPPyC).

  • Ensure it shows the Electronic Commercial File Number.

3. Notarial powers

  • Only needed if they are not included in the Articles of incorporation.

4. Company RFC

  • Must be clear and up to date.

5. Company credit bureau

We will request your authorization through your FIEL (electronic signature) to obtain the company credit report.

6. SAT connection

We may request access through your CIEC credentials to download your tax status certificate.
