How to get Clara Pagos for my company?
The process depends on your role within the platform:
If you are the Owner:
To activate this service, our team must validate your account. Contact us via chat or email, and a specialist will guide you through the setup.
If you are a collaborator:
Ensure your company already has the service active. Then, ask your Administrator or Owner to grant you the necessary permissions:
Log in to your Clara account and go to the Team section.
Locate the collaborator and click the three dots (...) at the end of their row.
Select Edit Role.
Check the appropriate boxes to enable the Payments sections the collaborator will access.
Save changes.
