Enabling Clara Payments Access for Your Team 🔑

To optimize financial management, the Company Owner can grant access to the payments module to specific team members. This allows for the delegation of transfer preparation and execution, streamlining daily operations under a centralized control scheme.

Steps to Activate Payment Permissions

  1. Team Section: Log in and go to the "Team" (Equipo) section in the left side menu.

  2. User Selection: Locate the collaborator who needs the permissions and click on “Edit role” (Editar rol).

  3. Module Activation: At the bottom of the configuration sidebar, check the boxes according to the user's needs:

    • Domestic Payments (Pagos Nacionales): Allows SPEI transfers to suppliers and third parties.

    • Service Payments (Pago de Servicios): Enables payment of utility bills.

  4. Save Changes: Once selected, the team member will see the Payments module in their next session.
