Your Clara platform is designed to be the comprehensive solution that centralizes your company's finances. That's why we offer you the option to make payments for the most common services directly using your Clara Credit Line.

In order to continue improving and focusing on the most valuable tools, this functionality has availability restrictions:

This tool is not available for new accounts or for those that did not have it previously activated. Clients who already have this service will be able to continue using it until further notice.

What Services Can I Pay For?

You can pay for a wide range of services, including:

  • Water

  • Electricity and Gas

  • Telephony and Internet

  • Television (TV)

  • Tolls

  • Catalog Sales

  • Government Services

How Do I Make a Service Payment?

If your account has the function active, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the Services section in the left menu of your platform.

  2. Select the service you wish to pay.

  3. Enter your receipt code or account number (it is not necessary to register beneficiaries).

  4. Enter the exact amount and confirm the payment with your Clara Credit Line.

  5. Download your payment receipt.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a limit on the amount I can pay?

We do not have a limit on the amount for service payments, as long as you do not exceed the usage of your Clara Credit Line. However, some specific services allow a maximum payment of $30,000 MXN per month.

How long does it take for the payment to be reflected?

The reflection time depends on the establishment, but generally, it should not take more than 24 hours.

Can I set up recurring payments (direct debit)?

Not yet. We are working to make direct debit payments available very soon.

Authorization and User Roles

Initially, only users with the Owner role have access to this functionality. However, the Owner can grant access to Managers and Employees easily:

  1. Go to the Team section.

  2. Search for the user and click on Edit Role.

  3. Activate the Service Payment checkbox for that user.
