Clara allows you to adjust your scheduled transfers to maintain full control over your cash flow. You can modify payment details as long as the transaction has not yet been processed.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Payments Section: Log in to your account and go to the Payments (Pagos) module.
Find the Transaction: Locate the scheduled payment you wish to change.
Actions Menu: Click on the three dots (...) in the "Actions" column.
Modify: Select "Edit scheduled payment" (Editar pago programado).
Save Changes: Update the necessary fields and confirm.
Processing Time: Once a payment enters the "Processing" stage, it can no longer be edited or cancelled. We recommend making any adjustments at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
