To optimize your business operations, the Company Owner can enable payment features for specific team members. This allows collaborators to prepare or execute transactions, always under the security and approval filters configured on the platform.
How to Enable Clara Payments for a User
Team Section: Go to the "Team" (Equipo) section in the side menu.
Selection: Locate the user and click on the three dots (...) for actions.
Edit Permissions: Select "Edit user" (or Edit Role).
Enable Modules: Check the boxes according to the collaborator's needs:
Suppliers (Proveedores): Allows transfers to third-party bank accounts.
Service Payments (Pagos de servicios): Enables the payment of utility bills.
Confirm: Save changes to grant immediate access.
Access Roles Summary
Suppliers: Manage beneficiaries and perform single or bulk SPEI transfers.
Service Payments: Access the catalog to pay operational bills.
