At Clara, we understand that financial plans can change. If you need to cancel one or more transactions that have not yet been processed, our platform allows you to delete them instantly to maintain total control over your capital outflows.
How to Cancel a Pending Payment
Payments Section: Go to the Domestic Payments (Pagos Nacionales) section in your Clara account.
Locate the Transaction: Find the payment in the table that is marked as "Scheduled".
Actions Menu: In the last column of the table, click on the three dots (...) for the payment you wish to cancel.
Confirm Deletion: Select the "Delete scheduled payment" option.
Result: Done! Your payment will be canceled immediately.
