Cards configuration

This new feature allows you to configure your cards so that you can use them according to your convenience. You can do the following:

 

  • Set withdrawal limits at ATMs.
  • Restrict certain merchants.
  • Use the card within a specified period.

What does the configuration of the usage period, usage days, and ATM withdrawal of Clara cards entail?

It allows team managers to define the usage period during which their team's cards can be used. In other words, now there is the possibility to decide on which days transactions can be made with a specific card, as well as to block weekends and specific dates.
Likewise, managers have the authority to define the maximum amount of cash that can be withdrawn from an ATM on each Clara card of their company or to set the number to zero to prevent withdrawals.


What does the function of merchant restriction entail?

Now transactions can be blocked at merchants of the category you choose.

 


How can I modify the configuration of a card?

At the time of creation: When creating a new card, the platform will give you the option to configure usage rules, its specific activity period, or only certain days of the week, as well as the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from an ATM.

Note: Remember that there is no limit to creating virtual or physical cards.

 

With a previously created card:

  1. Access the "Cards" section.
  2. Select the desired card.
  3. Click on "Actions."
  4. Click on "Configure Card."
  5. Select the usage period and the cash withdrawal limit from an ATM.


Which profiles can modify the card settings?

Modification can be performed by profiles with an "owner" role or managers who have a team under their supervision.


Can a card be configured to withdraw no cash from an ATM?

Yes, it is possible. If desired, a card can have a withdrawal limit of $0.00 COP.


Is it possible to modify the settings of multiple cards at the same time?

Currently, no. Each card is configured separately. We are working on it, and it will be available very soon.
