By clicking on “pay” we send your information and begin to process your payment. These can take up to 48 hours to check their final status within your payment summary.
What are the payment statuses that exist and what do they mean?
There are 4 states that help you identify the process in which your payment is:
- In process: Your payment is still in progress for beneficiary receipt.
- Programmed: Ready to be sent on the selected date.
- Paid: The movement was sent and received by your beneficiary. You can check the confirmation through the receipt that we send to your email.
- Refused: The payment has been sent, and the amount will be refunded to your credit line.
