When you click "pay," we send your information and begin processing your payment. These may take up to 48 hours to check their final status within your payment summary.
What are the payment statuses and what do they mean?
There are 4 statuses that help you identify the process your payment is in:
- En process: Your payment is still underway for beneficiary receipt.
- Scheduled: Ready to be sent on the selected date.
- Paid: The transaction was sent and received by your beneficiary. You can confirm this through the receipt we sent to your email.
- Rejected: The payment was not sent, and the amount will be refunded to your credit line.
