How do I delete a scheduled payment?

To delete a scheduled payment, go to your account and follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Clara account
  2. Go to the National Payments section 
  3. Click on the 3 dots of the payment you want for which you want to delete your invoice, in the actions column
  4. Select option: delete scheduled payment

Remember that you can only delete those payments that have not yet been processed.
