I Can't Upload My Invoice

Sometimes, invoices downloaded directly from merchants contain special characters that complicate file upload.

 

To upload invoices to Clara's platform, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify that the document's filename is free of accent marks, special characters or letters such as "ñ".
  2. Ensure that the uploaded file format is .XML, .PDF, .JPG or .PNG.

Once completed, uploading an invoice will be hassle-free.

 

If this is not the case and to assist as soon as possible, email us an explanation of the situation via this form.
