What to do in case of card cloning/theft ?

 

 

In case of theft:

  1. Inform your manager or an Owner of your company: This way, they can block your Clara card from the platform or application to prevent misuse.

  2. Block the card from the platform: By blocking the card from the platform, any attempt of unauthorized charges is prevented.

  3. Report the theft through our contact channels: This way, our team can investigate the situation.

 

In case of cloning:

  1. Block your Clara card from the platform or application to prevent any unauthorized use.

  2. Report suspicious transactions: Through your platform or application, you can report suspicious transactions, allowing our team to investigate the transactions.
