Depending on your role and the permissions you are granted, the views and tabs you see within the reimbursement module may vary.
Next, we'll explain each view and tab separately to help you better understand their purpose and how they work depending on your access level.
What is the difference between the “Pending Approval”, “Pending Payment” and Overview tabs?

Pending Approval:
This Tab displays reimbursement requests that are waiting for an approver to take action. Only users assigned as approvers will see the requests they need to approve. -
Pending Payment:
This tab displays all the company's reimbursement requests that have been approved and are ready for payment. Only administrators and users with access to Reimbursement Management will see this tab. -
Overview tab:
*Overview tab as approver:
Displays the user's own requests, along with the requests they are responsible for approving.
*Overview tab with access to reimbursement management:
Shows all the company's reimbursement requests, including the user's.
*Overview tab as approver with access to reimbursement management:
Shows all company reimbursement requests, including those from the user, and those they need to approve.
