How can I increase my line of credit?

You can unlock the use of your credit line through our solution that allows the automation of your payments whenever you're about to reach the usage limit. Get more information here.

 

We provide you with some tips to make it easier to increase your credit line:

 

  • Make timely payments: You have up to 10 days after your statement is issued.
  • Enable Direct Debit Payment: Enabling this payment method can help ensure your payments are made on time and automatically.
  • Use your credit line: Your credit line usage is checked before the cutoff in multiple cycles.

 

 

Then, follow these steps:

 

Send an email with the following requirements:

  • Recipient: credito.mx@clara.com
  • Subject: Request for credit line increase (CT)
  • Attach:
    • The last 3 statements of the main account where investment rounds are received (if applicable).
    • The last 3 statements of your account in Mexico.
    • Please ensure that these are the most recent statements from this year.
  • Make sure your account is connected to the SAT (Mexican tax authority).
  • Authorization letter for credit bureau review to be received from legal team@mifiel.com (if applicable).

 

Notifications corresponding to your request will be sent to you via that email.

 

We greatly appreciate your patience, as this process is not immediate. Once your documentation has been reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your credit line increase request.
